Here's a list of the best restaurants in Chicago, according to the best chefs in Chicago. I have been to exactly one of these restaurants: Aloha Eats. It was delicious, of course.
Next goal: The Drawing Room.
Alinea always tops the list, but I like to focus on things a little bit more manageable at first. :)
