It's Christmas in the City!

On Saturday, we awoke to fresh snow. And it was awesome. I was supposed to run a 5k... The Santa Hustle, in fact. But, who wants to run in the snow? Would you? I was much more contented to sit out the window and stare at the snow falling, right next to my newly lighted Christmas tree.


Then we walked to breakfast at Svea, in the winter wonderland.


Then, Kate and I went to the Museum of Science and Industry, and Macy's for our 3rd annual Christmas in the City. More pictures to come later, but for now:


(This, my friends, is electricity.) Extremely loud. And awesome.

Meanwhile, just like Matt, I went to Lillie's Q. (I did go there first...) I really liked the Mason jars. And grits.
