I'm totally serious.
I have been anxiously anticipating the arrival of this delicious chain to the Chicagoland area since last summer. At first, I thought I would be one of those crazy people waiting in the parking lot to be one of the first 100 people, who always receive coupons for a year's worth of free chicken sandwiches. Obviously, that did not happen, because I can guarantee you I would have blogged about it. That, and people were waiting in line starting at 6 a.m. yesterday for today's opening.
But I did go today, the first day the Aurora location was open, and it was AWESOME. So. Delicious. It's what I've been waiting for out here for so long.
So. many. people. in the drive-thru.
MMM. Party in a bag. Those waffle fries. MMM.
And, the best part is what they say at the end, when they say goodbye to you, you have their food, they have your money: they say "It's been a pleasure serving you."
Or something to that effect.
Go. Do it.
Or you can wait until it comes to Wheaton, in November. Or Water Tower Place in the Spring.
